Working principle of HZS30 concrete batching plant:

The automated control system operates through a systematic process:

1. Launch the control software and log into the operational interface.
2. Configure or retrieve production parameters, including recipe number, concrete grade, slump, and total production volume.
3. Initiate the production sequence.
4. The software/PLC sends commands to each component, coordinating material feeding, precise measurement, loading into the mixer, mixing, and discharge.
5. During production, the software monitors for anomalies. If issues arise, it triggers visual and audible alarms on the computer screen or indicator displays, allowing the operator to halt production until problems are resolved.
6. For material feeding, electric motors, butterfly valves, and load cells respond automatically to digital signals, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
7. A high-pressure air system provides the necessary force to operate unloading gates, such as those for aggregate bins, scale hoppers, and the concrete mixer discharge gate.
8. The software maintains continuous production until the set volume is reached, unless an emergency stop is activated or the system is switched to manual mode.
